My new kitchen...BEFORE!

So we remodeled our nasty 70's kitchen a while ago and I have wanted to get my pictures up on here...so here they are! We will start with before...

Here is our nasty range hood with some lovely dark cabinetry and orangy countertops!

Craft Project

So I started doing some craft sign's with the new Cricut machine that my mom bought me for my birthday! I would like to make a lot of them and sell them...but we will see how that goes! Here are the ones I have done so far!

This one is hanging on a simple curtain rod! I made it for my sister in law and she hung it over her doorway!

I love this one! I put it on one of my shelves in my new kitchen!

This is one of my very favorites! I ended up stapleling some ribbon on the sides and hung it up in my frontroom!

My baby's first solo!

I feel like the proudest mom ever! My beautiful daughter competed with her first solo this past weekend and took first place in her division! She did wonderful!

My Brother Graduates!!!

So after trials and tribulations, my brother graduated! Hooray! I am so proud of him! Love ya Jord!

My Little Ballerina!

Kaitlyn had to dance at an Elementary School last week! She did so good! I am so proud of her! Isn't she the most beautiful thing you have EVER seen???

Mmmmmm...Ribs!

Kaitlyn tried the ribs at Chili's and LOVED them so much, she vowes to never eat anything else when she goes back to Chilis! :)

Little Covergirl!

Well we have some dance competitions coming up in the next few months for Kaitlyn and one of them had a Covergirl Competition. You send in a photo (and money of course) and they judge the picture...from that, they name a Covergirl Queen, Princess, etc. All of the entrys will get their picture in the program and will get a small trophy. So we decided to enter my beautiful little girl!

I took the picture at home - I hope they will not judge it poorly by the sheet as the backdrop! :)

Time Flies

Well here we are in February already! I cannot believe how time flies so quickly!
We had a terrific Christmas, the kids loved everything they got and we had a great time as a family!
Kaitlyn has now lost 3 teeth! She is just getting bigger and bigger every day!
We have all been sick in our household the past couple of weeks. YUCK! But it amazes me how much love and compassion that my little girl has!
I know I must be teaching her something right! She has been such a helpful, caring person while I have been down sick. I just cannot believe what a terrific little person she is!

Toothless

Well Katie Wally finally lost a tooth! She lost her tooth at lunch today at school! She was heartbroken because she dropped her tooth on the floor in the cafetria and it got lost amongst fallen cheese that was on the floor! She was worried that the toothfairy would not come, but Jason helped her write the toothfairy a letter explaining where her tooth was! She is very excited to get some money tonight for her first lost tooth! Here is the new picture of Kaitlyn, with her toothless grin! :)
